Senior U.S. and Iraqi officials have said that the two countries have drawn up a final draft of the security agreement between them.
Under the agreement, U.S. forces will withdraw from Iraq in 2011, unless the Iraqi authorities ask them to extend their stay, and the judicial immunity given to U.S. troops will apply only on army bases.
