The Arab summit’s final statement confirmed its support for Iraq’s “Arab and Islamic identity.” [MEMRI’s senior analyst considers the statement to be an insult to Talabani and the Iraqi foreign minister, Hoshyar Zibari, who are Muslims but not Arabs.
