Al-Qaeda Planning Attack Bigger Than 9/11

On November 9, 2008, the London daily Al-Quds Al-Arabi reported, citing "a source close to the Al-Qaeda leadership in Yemen," that Osama bin Laden had ordered a new attack against the U.S. which will be "far greater than the 9/11 attacks."

According to the source, the attack is meant "to change the world [both] politically and economically," and is planned for the near future.

The source also claimed that bin Laden had instructed the members of his movement to refrain from any talks with the Arab regimes.
