At a meeting in Damascus yesterday with the Iranian Foreign Ministry's director of international women's affairs and human rights, Tahira Nazri, Syrian Vice President Dr. Najah Al-Attar said that Iran was a model for women's advancement.
She added that this was in contrast to the commodification of women in the U.S. and the West.
