Senegal has announced that it was notified by Khaled Mash'al, head of the Hamas political bureau [located in Damascus, Syria], that Hamas was prepared to accept a permanent tahdi'a [calm] with Israel if Israel was prepared to cease fire and to lift the blockade on Gaza.
