Lebanese President Michel Suleiman has said that Lebanon's 2006 decision, made in the framework of the National Dialogue, to collect all Palestinian weapons outside the Palestinian refugee camps, must be implemented.
Lebanese elements have accused the Palestinian organization Popular Front-General Command, headed by Ahmad Jibril, of responsibility for last week's firing of four Katyusha rockets into Israel last week.
