Ahmad Yousef, advisor to Hamas leader in Gaza Isma'il Haniya, discounted the efforts made by Israel, the U.S. and various Arab and European countries to prevent the smuggling of weapons into Gaza. He said that the resistance was legitimate and so were its weapons, and that it would obtain arms to continue its activities by any means.
