During a meeting in Najaf with Iranian Expediency Council secretary Hashemi Rafsanjani, Iraq's Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani said that the attacks in Iran on moderate viewpoints such as Rafsanjani's are weakening the Islamic regime in Iran, and creating different camps among the Shi'ites.
