In a television interview, four members of one of the terror cells revealed a plan to blow up petroleum facilities in the city of Qiq in eastern Saudi Arabia. The attack, which was ordered by bin Laden, was to result in the U.S. attacking Saudi Arabia, and in a Saudi civil war.
The attack was to have been on the scale of 9/11, or even bigger.
