A senior political expert has said that Saudi Arabia and Israel plan to implement a secret campaign, using their considerable influence in Washington to back up the concerns of the Sunnis and the Kurds about the expansion of Shi'ism in Iraq.
The campaign would advocate the retaining of U.S. forces in Iraq for a considerable time.
