In the past few days, Ahmadinejad's government has blocked access to Facebook, Twitter, the online newsletter of the student union at Amir Kabir University in Teheran, and the Iranian news website Fararu, in an apparent attempt to obstruct the campaigns in support of Ahmadinejad's rivals in the upcoming presidential elections.
