The board chairman of the pro-Hizbullah Lebanese daily Al-Akhbar wrote that the alliance between associates of Lebanese President Michel Suleiman and the March 14 Forces in one the election districts was "a grave mistake" on the part of Suleiman, because it destroyed his status as "an agreed-upon president."
The opposition, the daily urged, should call to terminate his term in office without delay.
