A Yemeni criminal court has ordered the execution of Abd Al-Aziz Al-Abadi, for the December 2008 murder of Jewish Yemeni citizen Moshe Nahari.
With its ruling, the court overturned a previous decision by a lower court that since Al-Abadi was emotionally disturbed, he would pay reparations to Nahari's family.
