Yaser Al-Wadiya, head of the Palestinian NGOs delegation for reconciliation talks in Egypt, said that Arab League Secretary-General Amr Moussa has responded to an invitation to visit Gaza after the reconciliation agreement is signed.
He added that after the signing, an Arab security delegation, headed by Egypt, will set out for Gaza, to oversee the implementation of the agreement and the establishment of joint Fatah-Hamas security forces.
