Iraqi parliamentary water and agriculture committee member Jamal Al-Batikh stated that Syria has stolen water recently transferred by Turkey destined for Iraq.
He called to pressure Turkey and Syria to sign an agreement assuring the quantity of water flowing to Iraq.
