PA President Mahmoud 'Abbas said that his negotiations with former Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert had touched on the right of return, and that there was a disagreement about the number of refugees that would be repatriated.
He added that they had been very close to an agreement, but that in the meantime a new Israeli government has arrived that wants to start negotiations from the beginning.
