Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki yesterday announced the arrest of the "organizing brain" behind the recent attacks against the ministry of justice and governorate of Baghdad.
The individual, a member of the dissolved Ba'th party, has implicated 73 persons who helped with the bombings.
Al-Maliki conceded that there was "a security malfunction" in the security agencies, and predicted that terrorist attacks against Iraqis will continue until after the elections.
