The Iranian daily Kayhan, which is close to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, wrote that the U.S.'s recent allocation of $55 million annually for anti-Iran activity attests that its friendly gestures to Iran are merely 'the smile of Satan.'
In response to the passage of the U.S. act, the Majlis National Security Committee approved an allocation of $20 million for exposing human rights violations in the U.S.
