Hamas prime minister Isma'il Haniya has told a Red Cross delegation that his government is not interested in new rounds of violence, and asked that the world restrain the occupation and prevent new aggression on its part.
The political editor of alaahd.com, which is identified with Fatah, mocked Haniya's statements, saying that Hamas leaders had always attacked anyone calling the resistance "violence."
