The Kuwaiti daily Al-Siyassa, known for its anti-Syrian orientation, reports that five Hamas operatives and two members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) were killed two weeks ago in an explosion near Damascus. According to the report, the explosion occurred while the IRGC members were teaching the Hamas operatives to dismantle and assemble Iranian long-range missiles for the purpose of smuggling them through the Gaza tunnels.
