Saudi Arabia Sinks Two Ships Off Its Coast

The Saudi army announced today that it had sunk two suspicious ships that were approaching its border and ignoring demands to stop to be investigated.

The Saudi navy has maintained a closure on the northern Yemen coast for the past week to prevent arms from being smuggled to the Houthi rebels.

It was reported that six Saudi soldiers were killed in a missile attack on their base on the Yemen border, thus bringing to 13 the number of Saudis killed since the beginning of the Saudi attack on the Houthis.

It was also reported that Saudi Arabia had evacuated residents from villages near the border, and razed empty houses in order to prevent Houthi infiltrators from holing up in them.
