Al-Quds Al-'Arabi: Saudi Arabia Asked for Foreign Special Forces to Help in Fight against Houthis

The Al-Quds Al-'Arabi daily reported from sources in the Gulf that Saudi Arabia asked Bahrain, Qatar, Pakistan, and Jordan to send special forces troops to help in the war against the Houthis on the Yemeni border. According to these sources, Saudi Arabia requested that none of the soldiers be of Yemeni descent. Saudi Arabia had recently announced that nine of its soldiers, including some officers, are MIA.
