The Iranian daily Kayhan has reiterated its claim that the powerful earthquake that struck Haiti and the freezing weather in Europe are a plot by the American-Zionist empire, which is operating the HAARP weather control facility.
The paper added that the U.S. was operating the sophisticated facility with the aim of toppling states.
