At a press conference with Spanish Prime Minister Miguel Moratinos, Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Al-Mu'alem called on Israel to stop being the region's bully, and suggested that it not test Syria's determination.
He threatened that any attack on Syria or southern Lebanon would spark all-out war, in which Israel's cities would be harmed, and that it was doubtful that there would be peace talks afterwards.
