Palestinian sources have told the London daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat that it is almost certain that Hamas will sign the Egyptian Palestinian reconciliation document in the coming days, after Arab and Palestinian elements drew up a draft acceptable to all sides.
The Palestinian Authority daily Al-Ayyam reported that Hamas had shown flexibility vis-à-vis the conditions set for its signing of the document, and had asked political figures to make the changes in the document's preamble that will express Hamas's remarks during the implementation of the agreement.
