Libyan Ambassador to Cairo Ali Mahmoud Maria has said that Libya is making efforts to reconcile Egypt with Syria and Qatar, prior to the opening of the Arab summit in Libya next month.
He said that Libyan Leader Mu'ammar Al-Qaddafi was conducting intensive contacts with the Arab heads of state in order to prepare the ground for a successful summit.
