Former International Atomic Energy Agency director Mohamed ElBaradei has agreed to accept an honorary membership in the Egyptian opposition party "Free Constitution," in recognition of his contribution to the homeland.
Party leader Mamdouh Qinawi clarified that if ElBaradei were to run for president in Egypt, it would be as an independent, and not from any party.
