Eyewitnesses in Rafah in Egypt report that Egypt has begun building facilities on the Mediterranean along the Gaza border.
A security source said that these facilities are connected to anchorages for security forces boats in the region, and that they are aimed at preventing Palestinian smuggling via the maritime border.
