A Catholic Church source has announced that the first Catholic university in Egypt is to be established in Alexandria, after all permits are received from the Higher Education Ministry.
It was reported that Egyptian Coptic Patriarch Shinoda has been under pressure to obtain a permit to establish a Coptic university under the Church's aegis.
