The London daily Al-Quds Al-Arabi reports that the Amal movement and Hizbullah have agreed between them that their five ministers in the Lebanese government will quit if Lebanon sends a representative to the Arab summit in Libya at the end of the month.
According to the two groups, Libya, under Qaddafi's leadership, is responsible for the 1978 disappearance of Imam Moussa Al-Sadr, the founder of the Supreme Islamic Sh'ite Council.
Lebanese President Michel Suleiman has already announced that he will not be attending the conference.
