Palestinian Source: Qaddafi Will Apologize To Abbas

A Palestinian source close to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas told the Qudsnet news agency that Libyan Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa has officially invited Abbas to the summit in Libya, to take place at the end of this month.

He said that he would apologize to Abbas on behalf of Libyan leader Mu'ammar Al-Qaddafi, for not meeting with him on his recent visit to Libya.

It was also reported that Koussa promised Abbas that Hamas would not be invited to the summit.
