On the fourth anniversary of the abduction of the Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit by Hamas, the mother of Muhammad 'Azmi Farwana, who was one of the operation commanders and was killed in its course, said that only after much persuasion on his part did she tell him that she was willing to give him to Allah and to stop delaying him in his mission to liberate the homeland. She said she had been overjoyed to hear that her son's actions would help to liberate Palestinian prisoners, and added that men like her son existed in every Palestinian household, and that all Palestinians were willing to give their children to Allah for the sake of liberating Al-Aqsa.
