The London daily Al-Quds Al-Arabi stated that yesterday's attack on the Al-Arabiya offices in Baghdad was a response to the channel's support for prime ministerial candidate Ayad Allawi.
The paper said that Allawi is also supported by the Gulf states, Syria, Egypt, and Jordan.
