A summer camp named for terrorist Dalal Al-Mughrabi got underway this week in Bethlehem.
Al-Mughrabi was second-in-command of the 1978 Coastal Road terror attack in Israel.
Fatah Bethlehem secretary Yousuf Al-'Aref attended the camp's opening ceremony.
