ISI Claims Responsibility for Attack on Al-Arabiya TV in Baghdad

The Al-Qaeda-backed Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) has released a communiqué claiming responsibility for the July 26 bombing of the offices of Al-Arabiya TV in Baghdad. Al-Arabiya is a Saudi-owned satellite news channel that is despised by Al-Qaeda and its fellow-travelers for its moderate editorial line and its criticism of global jihadists. In particular, they regularly denounce Al-Arabiya's weekly program "The Death Industry," which deals with issues related to Al-Qaeda and the global jihad.
