Iranian Ambassador to Qatar Abdollah Sohrabi said that during their meeting in Qatar today, Qatari Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Aal Thani and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad are to discuss the tightening of relations between the two countries, especially in the economic sphere, and the strengthening of cooperation among the Gulf states on regional and global issues, chief among them the Palestinian cause.
Sohrabi also reported that the two countries were forming a joint committee to strengthen their relations in numerous domains.
