According to a report, a new organization, the Supreme Leadership for Jihad and Liberation, has been established in Iraq, under the leadership of 'Izzat Ibrahim Al-Douri, former deputy of Saddam Hussein.
The new organization comprises 22 armed groups that are not connected to Al-Qaeda, and its aim is to act through jihad until Iraq is liberated from the occupiers.
The organization is open to all who are interested in joining and fighting.
