Islamic Jihad deputy secretary-general Ziyad Al-Nakhaleh has said that the Palestinian factions will, in early November, hold a national conference paralleling the Annapolis Conference, in order to "expose and resist the American plan."
He said that those invited to the conference, which is to be at a location outside the Palestinian Authority, will include representatives from all the Palestinian factions, including Fatah and independent national figures.
