A communiqué titled "Message to the Mujahideen... and to the Muslims in General," posted by the GIMF on the Islamist website www.ekhlaas.info, announced that Harakat Shabab Al-Mujahideen (the Movement of Jihadi Youth - MJY), currently the most active jihad group in Somalia, has severed its ties with the Islamic Courts Union (ICU).
