The Iranian news agency Mehr has said that, according to a report by Hizbullah's Al-Manar TV, the "Galilee Freedom Brigades – the Martyr Mughniya and Gaza Martyrdom Group" have taken responsibility for the attack on the Jerusalem seminary.
