Syrian Authorities Demand Daily Report On Internet Users From Internet Cafés

The Syrian Center for Communications and Freedom of Expression reports that Syrian authorities have ordered Internet café owners to tighten oversight of Internet users, and to submit a daily report including information about each user: his I.D. card or passport number, details about the computer he used, and when he arrived and when he left the café.
