Qatar has inaugurated a new religious satellite TV channel aimed at defending the Prophet Muhammad in light of attacks on him by the European media, primarily the Danish media.
The channel, which will begin broadcasting April 1, will include programs presenting the life and activities of Muhammad in a positive light. Some programs are to be in English, for non-Muslims,
