Taliban Deputy Announces "Al-Ibra" ("Lesson") Campaign

On March 27, 2008, the Islamist forum www.alhesbah.bz (hosted by ThePlanet.com Internet Services, Inc. in Houston, TX and NewMedia Express Pte Ltd in Singapore) posted a communiqué by Mulla Beradar, the second in command of the Taliban, announcing a new campaign named "Ibra" ("Lesson") against U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan with the onset of spring (see also "Taliban To Launch Spring Offensive ‘‘Lesson’’ Against Foreign Troops In Afghanistan").
