The Lebanese daily Al-Mustaqbal, which is close to the March 14 Forces, reports that Hizbullah has expanded its communications network beyond the regions under its aegis.
The paper said that with its new communications infrastructure, Hizbullah can tap conversations by citizens and by authorities, and can monitor their actions.
