The London daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat reports that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is coming under heavy criticism for his foreign policy, which is causing Iran to be internationally isolated. Former Iranian president Rafsanjani warned not to dismiss the possibility that the U.S., which he compares to a wounded tiger, will move against Iran militarily. Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei also criticized Ahmadinejad's administration. The Iranian press has criticized Ahmadinejad's declaration that Iran's nuclear program was a "train without brakes."
