Abu-Qatada Al-Falastini, a preacher affiliated with Al-Qaeda who has been imprisoned in Britain since 2002, was released from jail today and put under house arrest. Among the restrictions the judge imposed on Al-Falastini was a prohibition to leave the house for more than two hours a day, the wearing of an electronic tag, and a prohibition on mobile phone or a computer usage.
