Based on reports by the Syrian opposition, yesterday, July 16, the Damascus Criminal Court opened the trial of the Damascus Declaration prisoners.
The proceedings began with a secret session, during which the prisoners were questioned. They denied all charges against them.
It was announced that the first public session in the trial would be July 30.
