In an interview with Al-Jadid TV, Lebanese Druze leader Walid Jumblatt called on Hizbullah secretary-general Hassan Nasrallah to turn over a new leaf, and said that in the past three years the March 14 Forces had deviated from their Arab principles, which led to their isolation.
He also called for establishing special relations with Syria, in accordance with the Taif Agreement.
According to Jumblatt, the continuum of resistance [against Israel] continued from 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam to Nasrallah, through his father Kamal Jumblatt and the late Egyptian president Gamal Abd Al-Nasser.
