Following Yemen President Ali Abd Allah Salih's declaration of the end of the war in Sa'da province (see "Yemen President To Al-Houthi Rebels In Sa'da: Go Home") , Al-Houthi rebel commander in Yemen Abd Al-Malk Badr Al-Din sent a letter to the president undertaking to stop the gunmen and end provocations in Sa'da.
