At a Cairo press conference following a meeting between Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Saudi King Abdallah bin Abd Al-'Aziz, Egyptian presidential spokesman Suleiman 'Omad called on Iran's leadership not to act like Saddam and not to provide the West with pretexts and excuses to drag the region into war.
'Omad added that Iran must act with transparency in the nuclear issue, and must allow international oversight of its nuclear facilities.
